Flight Hour Solution (Pty) Ltd is a South African company, registered in 2026. We coordinate engine management, source aircraft and parts, arrange charter and advise. We do not overhaul, repair or operate aircraft ourselves.
How we work
Five steps, in the order they happen.
- Requirement, specs, timeline. We agree what you need, and by when, before anything is sourced.
- Records, counterparties, status. We sign an NDA before asking for records.
- Deal, lease or maintenance plan. Shop visits go through appropriately approved MROs.
- Inspections, payments, delivery. Major transactions follow the nine-step process, from letter of intent to release.
- Performance and exposure, tracked after delivery.

Our commitments
We arrange, coordinate and advise
Flight Hour Solution arranges, coordinates, sources, verifies and advises. It does not overhaul, repair or operate aircraft itself.
Careful wording
Engine work goes through appropriately approved MROs. Charter and ACMI are subject to aircraft availability. We do not make technical or commercial claims we cannot support.
Verification before claims
Records, counterparties and status are checked before we confirm anything. For parts: traceability, release documentation, certification status, incident and accident history, remaining life.
NDA before records
We sign an NDA before asking for records. The engine form asks about the engine, the aircraft, the issue and timing. No uploads.
Licensed operators
Flight Hour Solution is not the operating airline. Flights are operated by licensed operators under their own Air Operator Certificates. This appears on every charter page and quote.
Personal information under POPIA
Every form has a consent checkbox and a link to the privacy notice. We use personal information to answer the request it came with.
Team
The company is led by its managing director. Each door's form goes to the person who handles that line of business, so use the door that fits your request.
