Buy, sell or lease an aircraft

Buyers in this market are wary of unverified sellers and chains of brokers. We verify records and counterparties first, then structure the purchase, sale, dry lease or ACMI.

Know the type, or only the mission? Either works. Give seats, payload and range if the type is open. We source candidates, verify records and counterparties, and structure the purchase.

The transaction process

For a major purchase or sale, in this order. Proof of funds comes at step 2, never at first contact.

  1. Both sides set out the intended deal in writing.
  2. The buyer shows proof of funds. Not asked for on the form.
  3. Documents are exchanged. Records, counterparties and status are verified.
  4. Funds go into escrow.
  5. The aircraft is inspected.
  6. The purchase agreement is signed.
  7. Funds are released and the aircraft is delivered.

ACMI and wet lease are subject to aircraft availability.
