Engine decisions, made on verified records

Records, LLPs, shop visits, reserves, redelivery, sales and leasing, for airlines, lessors, engine owners and MROs. We verify before you commit, and we sign an NDA before asking for records.

What to bring
  • Engine type and aircraft
  • The issue
  • Owned or leased
  • Timing
  • Records only after an NDA

  • Technical status and records

Every engine decision starts with what the records show. We review the records and confirm the technical status before you commit to a deal, a shop visit or a return.

    • Records reviewed after an NDA
    • Technical status confirmed
    • Findings before you commit
  • LLPs and remaining life

Remaining life on life-limited parts drives value, timing and exposure. We check the LLP stack against the records and set out what is left, before a purchase, a lease or a return.

    • LLP stack analysis
    • Remaining life against the records
    • Exposure set out before you decide
  • Shop visits and MRO coordination

We coordinate shop visits through appropriately approved MROs. We do not overhaul or repair engines ourselves. Requirement, specs and timeline are agreed first; inspections, payments and delivery are followed through.

    • Requirement, specs and timeline agreed first
    • Through appropriately approved MROs
    • Inspections, payments and delivery followed through
  • Maintenance reserves

Whether you pay reserves or hold them, the plan has to match the engine's real status. We help structure the maintenance plan and track exposure over the lease term.

    • Plan structured on status and remaining life
    • Exposure tracked over the lease
  • Lease return and redelivery

Redelivery is where records, status and return conditions meet. We check them against each other early and coordinate inspections through to handover, for lessee or lessor.

    • Records and status checked early
    • Return conditions against actual status
    • Inspections coordinated to handover
  • Engine sales and leasing

Buying, selling or leasing an engine. We source against your requirement, verify records and counterparties, and structure the deal through inspection, payment and delivery. Engines are quoted in US dollars.

How we work on engines

Five steps, in this order, on every engine job.

  1. Your requirement, the specs and the timeline.
  2. Records after an NDA, counterparties and status.
  3. The deal, the lease or the maintenance plan.
  4. Inspections, payments and delivery, with shop work through appropriately approved MROs.
  5. Performance and exposure after delivery. Engine 360 is being designed for this.
